1. I know you, but some people may not.
So could you please introduce yourself to the world?
"I was raised in Toronto, currently reside in Vancouver. Lover of golf, martial arts and chess. Initially wanted to be a publicist, graduated with a BA in Marketing but ended up in front of the camera both in a magazine and on television without having experience. Went on to train in the arts and self development as who we are, is what we bring to the roles."
2. What was your first job in the entertainment industry?
Also, what did you do before that?
"I was in school studying to get my BA in Marketing. My first job was getting a spread in a friends fashion magazine and being a friends music video. Both gigs were completely unplanned and I didn’t really know what I was doing."
3. Did you study acting before getting into the industry?
"No, I actually booked my first series on HBO Lingerie without any experience or even having an agent. I knew one of the producers and they ask me to read for a part. I had no understanding of any of the terms but I had done one music video and had no problem being in front of the camera."
4. If you could work with anyone you'd want,
who would that person be and why?
"Al Pacino or Robert De Niro. I am a big fan of their work."
5. What does a normal day in your life looks like?
"Going to the gym, meditating, memorizing lines, socializing and working on any other business venture I am working on at the time or on set."
6. Where is your favorite place to be and why?
"Maui, Four Seasons. It’s my favourite resort. It’s quiet and I find it very rejuvinating when I need to unplug and reflect."
7. If you could, what would be the one advice
you would want to give to your younger self?
"Learn about mindset, feel more and love the process."
8. What is one of the best advice that you've got?
Who was the person that gave it to you?
"You are in the creative olympics. You are either training, shooting or recovering. My current acting coach and mentor Zibby Allen has been a very influencial person in my life. I can sincerely say she has taught me how to fall in love with the process and how to become a better human being. Her heart is so open and her energy in so bright, I feel blessed to have someone like that as part of my support team."
9. What is your biggest accomplishment so far?
"Working on different TV Series has been extremely gratifiying but I think one of the biggest accomplishments to date has been appearing on the top 100 in Inside Fitness Magazine. Taking control of my health, mindset and developing better lifestlye habits that serve me feels like a great accomplishment."
10. If you could book any role in the next years to come,
what would that dream role be?
"To be that sexy smart vixen in a James Bond Film."
11. Is there anything you can disclose about the new project that you are promoting?
"In DC Legends of Tomorrow, my character Tiffaney Harper is super bright and bubbly. She defintely has an interesting adventure with time travel."
12. What is the best part about life on set?
"Meeting new people. You really do become a little family."
13. In the end, is there anything you'd like to say to the people who support you?
"Thank you for believing in me, challenging me and for sharing your wisdom. I truly value it."
