1. I know you, but some people may not. So could you please introduce yourself to the world? "Hi there my name is Valentyna Sichko and I am currently 16 years old, and I was born in Ukraine and moved to Toronto when I was 9 years old. And now I am doing Acting and singing as my career." 2. What was your first job in the entertainment & music industry? Also, what did you do before that? "My first job as an entertainer I did a short film called The Egg and I played a sister who wanted to save my brothers from getting hurt. And as in music industry I performed at an event and I preformed one of my pieces that I wrote, at that stage big stars preformed before like Scott Helman, Johnny Orlando and ext… Before I got my jobs I did a lot of training for acting and singing." 3. Did you study acting or music (or both) before getting into the industry? "Yes, I’ve studied acting and singing for a very long time and also I did little things that don’t pay you and I did that because I wanted to get feedback from people and see what I needed to work on in both industries." 4. If you could work with anyone you'd want, who would that person be and why? "In music industry would be Johnny Orlando! I would love to work with him because he inspires me as a teenager, his been through a lot in his career and it just motivates me to see him work hard and do so much a teenager. As for acting industry I would love to work with Mila Kunis because she is also from Ukraine and seeing her grow as an actress and as a person really motivates me to work harder and believe that anyone can follow their dreams if they want to!" 5. What does a normal day in your life looks like? "My normal day would be to wake up and get ready to go to school, then come home and work on my homework and when I’m done with homework I would work on lyrics and read a lot of books before I go to bed. And it repeats everyday." 6. Where is your favorite place to be and why? "My favourite place to be is in Los Angeles! I feel like Los Angeles is calling me. Because the way people live the lifestyle and how they dress is what I love to do, and not only that but also acting and singing is more focused and there a bigger industry in there. It’s warm in Los Angeles and there’s so much legacy left that inspires you." 7. If you could, what would be the one advice you would want to give to your younger self? "To never give up and go hunt for what you want in your life, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If they can do it then you can do it too!" 8. What is one of the best advice that you've got? Who was the person that gave it to you? "On April 5th 2017, I met Sylvester Stallone. And he told me this: <Find your niche and hunt for what you want to do in life, Never give up no matter what happens> I will never forget what he told me because I know that his been through a lot as an actor. And he never gave up and kept going. To me what it means is that if you find what you love and you want to be successful in it, you have to fight for your dreams and make them happen, and no matter what happens if someone hurts you or you hurt yourself you need to get back up and build that tough skin." 9. What is your biggest accomplishment so far? "Working with a big music producer and winning awards for my acting role is one of my accomplishments but the biggest accomplishment that i’ve done was probably work hard in both industry and never giving up!" 10. If you could book any role in the next years to come, what would that dream role be? "I would love to book a Netflix series or like a featured film! And my dream role would be a lead in a big tv show or featured film, that one of my big goals!" 11. Also, if you could be on a stage any anywhere in the world, where would that be and why? "I don't really have a preference where i would like to perform, but I do want to perform in every single country, every single stage that this world has! That would be a really cool experience!" 12. Is there anything you can disclose about any new project? "I am working on an amazing short film called Life of Cy! Theres alot of good messages in this short film. And I am very thankful that I get to play one of the leads in this short film because I believe this short film will impact a lot of people in a good way and I am very excited about that." 13. What is the best part about life on set & life as an actor? "You can connect with so many people on set and become their friends! And you just get to play someone else and share stories to the world!" 14. What is the best part about being a musician? "You get to share your feelings to others and not only that but you also write stories. Also getting to work with incredible people and performing your own songs!" 15. In the end, is there anything you'd like to say to the people who support you? "Thank you so much for believing in me in the first place and supporting me in what I do and because of you guys you motivate me to do what I love to do. Theres is so much i would like to say! I love you all and let’s spread good awareness to this world!"
