1. I know you, but some people may not. So could you please introduce yourself to the world? "Hi, I’m Laurie Belle Tv Host of Get Cooking with the Stars, (getcookingwiththestars.com) a celebrity cooking show." 2. What was your first job in the entertainment industry? Also, what did you do before that? "I first started in modelling, mainly editorials and commercials. I then found my niche market in tv hosting.. My first tv jobs were as a lifestyle TV Host interviewing Stars at Film Awards, red carpets and movie /Fashion premieres. (Novus, Shaw, Chek, LeftcoastTv) my first modelling/TV Editorial Billboard was a Fall line for Jacqueline Conoir Designs (JC) currently I am dressed by Shelley Klassen (Blushing Boutique)." 3. Did you study acting before getting into the industry? "I studied acting /Hosting for tv: film in both Los Angeles, Vancouver, TV broadcasting, and communications." 4. If you could work with anyone you'd want, who would that person be and why? "I’d like to work with Al Pacino, Ray Liotta, John Stamos (Fuller House) for our Italian/Greek episodes and Gene Simmons Restaurant, Rock and Brews. " 5. Where is your favourite place to be and why? "My favourite place to be is traveling or at the spa.. self care is so important. " 6. If you could, what would be the one advice you would want to give to your younger self? "I would say to educate yourself, and try different vocations. Get with the right team of people who support you, and network!" 7. What is one of the best advice that you've got? Who was the person that gave it to you? "The best advice is to never give up, and seize the Day! Best advice from my dad." 8. What is your biggest accomplishment so far? "My biggest accomplishments to date are covering the Olympic s, celebrity interviews with Gene Simmons (KISS) and cooking and chatting with iconic Tv Dad Alan Thicke (Growing Pains)" 9. If you could book any role in the next years to come, what would that dream role be? "My dream role as tv host is to take the show on the road like Chefs Nigella, David Rocco who film and travel to exotic places like Tuscany, Spain, France, Greece, India and Hungary." 10. Is there anything you can disclose about Get Cooking with the Stars? "Our third season is approaching, we are in talks with tv networks as we branch out and develop the series celebrity cookbook. I’m thrilled to showcase it as It will be filled with recipes and stars from our show (Gene Simmons, Coco Rocha, Alan Thicke, Riverdale Tv Stars, Locklyn Munro, Amanda Tapping, Olympic Gold Medalist, Ashleigh McIvor, Aleks Paunovic, BC Lions)" 11. What is the best part about life on set? "The best part about setlife is the team you work with, it is key." 12. In the end, is there anything you'd like to say to the people who support you? "Big thanks to my family, fans, great guests and the restaurants: Afghan Horsemen Restaurant with Boxer Darcy Hinds, Laughing Loon Restaurant with Country Artist Karen LEE Batten, Ban Chok Dee Thai (Jaime Callica, Darryl Lenox, Dan Payne) and Dinakis (Aleks Paunovic) and to my Executive Producer (Remy Gil, Icon Advertising) Promotion People, Pizzazz International and Lloyd Talent."
